All day/week: Use a plate or utensil EVERY time you eat anything. You will be less tempted to mindlessly snack. If you grab a snack or eat out - get it to go and save the wrappers. You may be surprised much you are actually eating.

Start thinking about Exercise as Medicine. We all know that exercise is good for you. It helps with body aches, depression, improves energy/stamina and helps prevent some diseases. It’s like medicine — without the yucky aftertaste.
