When you walk in the door after work today, change one thing in your routine. Instead of getting a snack or turning on TV (or computer) to relax a bit —-try taking a quick walk with the kids or dog, do a few stretches, read one article or chapter, or spend a few minutes reflecting on the days positives and decide what one thing you should do in the evening to help make the day be a successful one.
